YESolo on the Keyboard Software License Agreement
READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE
This is a legal agreement between you ("CUSTOMER") and ErgoSolo company and its suppliers and licensors (collectively "HTI"). By clicking the "Yes" button or by opening the sealed packet(s) to make and utilize copies of the YESolo on the Keyboard software ("Software"), or installing, copying or otherwise using the software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly return the unopened software packet(s) and the accompanying items (including written materials and binders or other containers) to the location you obtained them or destroy the downloaded copies of the software for a full refund if applicable.

ErgoSolo company provides support for the registered customers within 6 months from the date of purchase. Registration code of the copy may change without notification. Each customer''s request for the registration code within 6 months from the date of purchase is regarded by the ErgoSolo company and may or may not result in sending a new code.

CUSTOMER may install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. A copy of this Software is considered in use when loaded into temporary memory (i.e., RAM) and/or installed on a permanent storage device (i.e., hard disk, CD-ROM, etc.).
CUSTOMER may use the Software solely with services provided by HTI and subject to all terms and conditions of CUSTOMER''s Solo on the Keyboard License Agreement with HTI (the "License Agreement"), which is fully incorporated herein.
UNAUTHORIZED REDISTRIBUTION NOT PERMITTED. The YESolo on the Keyboard Software is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Any unauthorized sub-licensing, time-sharing, modification, re-sale, reproduction or distribution of this program, or any portion of this program, may result in severe criminal penalties and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.

CUSTOMER IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM ANY REDISTRIBUTION, EITHER INTERNALLY OR EXTERNALLY, TO THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF HTI. CUSTOMER IS FURTHER PROHIBITED FROM PERMITTING ANY UNAUTHORIZED REDISTRIBUTION, EITHER INTERNALLY OR EXTERNALLY, TO OR BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

HTI, DOES NOT WARRANT THAT PROVISION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE EITHER UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. THE SOFTWARE AND ANY OTHER MATERIALS OR SERVICES PROVIDED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT CUSTOMER''S SOLE RISK. HTI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR COVENANT CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, SEQUENCE, TIMELINESS OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION OR THE LIKELIHOOD OF PROFITABLE TRADING USING THE SOFTWARE.

NEITHER HTI, NOR ANY RESELLER OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, DELIVERING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, FOR ANY REASON, REGARDLESS OF HOW ARISING.

This License Agreement between Customer and HTI embodies the entire understanding between the parties as to the subject matter and supercedes any and all prior representations and agreements, oral or written.
